This is the first error I've got from Sandboxie in like forever Smile It happens occasionally with 3.39.23 when launching Firefox sandboxed as a forced process. FF still launches with no noticeable application errors or problems. I wonder if it has to do with the changes you made recently regarding the IE8 race condition? If you need any more info, let me know.

Yes, it has to do with those changes. I guess this problem is not resolved yet. I'll see what to do about this.

I've just tried the 'latest' build I.E. 3.39.23 and there's a problem that when I launch Internet Explorer I now get the error message from Sandboxie : "SBIE2399 Service 'RpcEptMapper' fails with error 0". Last checkpoint was 0." More seriously Sandboxie has caused the dreaded BSOD on the two occasions that I've tried it. (That's twice within 10 minutes!) Note that I posted this with Sandboxie disabled.
Also build 3.39.22 was fine with the new file added.

P.S. I would have posted this a new topic within the sub-category of 3.39 beta but only board administrators can start a new topic!

Is this under Win 7?
If so, it's been reported on page 3 of this thread:

As wraithdu noted, this message error is harmless, although it is certainly not welcome.

Hopefully, version 3.39.24 should fix this.

lawnman, recent beta versions have not involved any changes to the driver, which is the one component in Sandboxie that might trigger a BSOD. So I think it must be a coincidence. Still, if you keep experiencing this with version 3.39.24, can you let me see a minidump file?
