Works fine for me in Vista SP1 32-bit.

Check your immediate recovery exclusions for anything that shouldn't be there. Note that immediate recovery only works for folders marked for Quick Recovery (Sandbox Settings -> Recovery -> Quick Recover). Not sure what to suggest. I've got it working exactly as you want it setup, saving the logo from orkut. Have you tried emptying your sandbox then trying again? I noticed I had to close firefox and empty the sandbox to get it working properly (it would prompt for new files, but not if the file already existed in the sandbox).

Immediate recovery worked with all prior versions of SBoxie Beta 35 until build 21. Then it stopped working. I cannot explain why. But I have installed 6 prior Beta 35 versions all worked except 21
