Please try:
Delete the contents of your sandbox (Sandboixe Control > Sandbox menu > DefaultBox > Delete Contents) and then start your browser. If that doesn't work, next thing to try: Create a new sandbox (from the same Sandbox menu), leave it with default settings, and try to run your browser. If that still doesn't work, please start the Resource Access Monitor in Sandboxie as explained here: http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?ResourceAccessMonitor Then run your browser, and the resource log window should collect data. Post your data here for review. |

Thanks for the instructions; emptying the default box and opening a new sandbox had both been tried, but I did them again, still with nil result. So I then opened the Resource Access Monitor and ran iexplore, the web browser, and here is the collected data:

Your log shows you have both Sandboxie and BZ active in the same process, that is the cause of your problem. You should activate just one sandbox solution per process.

Thanks. I uninstalled the B****rzone program and Sandboxie resumed its job.
