Please download version 3.67.01c.
32-bit http://www.sandboxie.com/SandboxieInstall32-367-01c.exe 64-bit http://www.sandboxie.com/SandboxieInstall64-367-01c.exe It should fix the audio problems and the webgl problems. I have not seen the error "SBIE2205 ... ConnectPort" pop up at any time so I don't know what to fix. Hopefully version this latest version may fix this error. Please let me know if not. Thanks for taking the time to test these versions and report problems. As you may or may not know, I had to change the way Sandboxie works with Chrome in version 3.66 in order to fix some issues, but apparently this has caused a whole bunch of other problems. Ideally all these problems would be fixed soon, but I would like to thank everyone involved for their patience. |

tzuk,
Thank you for your hard work solving these problems. I appreciate it. Audio and webgl seem to be working correctly so far, but I'm still getting the SBIE2205 message. It only seems to happen once a session starting from an empty sandbox. After it appears once it will not occur again even on a different previously affected website. For instance I can visit http://browserquest.mozilla.org/ and get the message (after I name a character I hope that makes sense. I've checked using a default settings sandbox with the same results. I haven't noticed any problem using either of the sites apart from SBIE2205, so I could probably just hide it with no ill effects. |

This happens just on first load, and you have the sandbox set to autodelete, right? If so then I would guess its thumbnail cache files taking a while to get copied to load the icons for the browse window, you can add this line to the sandbox to speed things up. ReadFilePath=%Local AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\thumbcache_*.db |

@ incognito555
first 10x for the help , this site was an example out of the blue being bugged . sec , does it look logic to you to to start adding lines into SB for each problematic site user encore?! Sandboxie should be as it state "out of the box " software |

incognito555, are you sure about the setting you suggested -- suggesting that Chrome updates the Explorer thumbnail cache file?
* * * Regarding message SBIE2205, I am still not able to get it to show. I think it might have to do with how your user accounts are set up, but it's just a guess, and I don't even know what to ask about how the accounts are set up. In any case, all posts about it say there is nothing wrong except the message. So I think I'll just hide the message in this specific Chrome scenario, and move on. |

Assuming he has the sandbox set to autodelete on exit, it would pertain to any program that loads an explorer like browse window with thumbnail view. The large (~100MB's) thumbnail cache files cause a delay on non ssd hard drives / older laptops while they are copied over to the sandbox. I am assuming he has this set up and therefor he would need Mike's Template http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=46167&sid=a3f5bc756340c5096f5aa56ec37cc3d1#46167 or similar to speed things up. Perhaps the template should be added as default for all automatically deleted sandboxes to speeding up loading time of browse windows. |

Weird, starting today (after midnight), flash does not work properly with my Chrome and Sandboxie V 3.54. Many YouTube videos freeze and I can not click on the cache option on Google Search without google freezing. I CAN do this on google.ca.
I don't get any of these issues non sandboxed. |

Thanks for the clarification incognito555. I'll look into it and will consider making an exception to not copy existing contents for these cache files.

Just upgraded to 3.64 and same problem. I updated my Windows 7 and was going to update Chrome but it says it's up to date. So it seems to be unrelated to the other posts I'm reading. My guess is that it's something in the latest Chrome update in conjunction with Sandboxie.

Hey it works! Great! When testing google and website caches (which does work now) I did get a error saying Service Not Implemented, but it didn't affect the functions. I didn't catch the error number and haven't seen that come up before. In fact I've only had one other error with Sandboxie, ages ago, and that's it. Anyway I wasn't able to duplicate it so all is good so far.
Thanks! |

In version 3.67.02,
- message SBIE2205 (19/C0000022) is not displayed in a Chrome sub-process. I'm still not able to reproduce the condition where this message shows up, but based on your reports, there isn't any problem associated with the message, so should be ok to just hide it. - contents of thumbnail cache files are not copied into the sandbox when the files are accessed by any program. - the problem with the File Open dialog box locking up should be fixed. http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=12740 |
