Maybe a Win7 problem. Switching to another youtube video while one is playing works OK here. I've switched 7 times now, and one is playing in another tab right now - no freezing.
Same Chrome version, SB 3.66, XP |

I also got that youtube problem aswell, it happened as soon as I upgraded to Sandboxie verson 3.66, the youtube clip sometimes hang, get stuck and the whole tab kinda freeze, it also happends if I try to play a clip in a higher resolution or forward or backwards the video, as soon as I changed back to version 3.64 the problem with freeze/stuck/hang was gone, so I can confirm this is a bug, im using the Iron browser and also tried this with dragon and chrome so indeed its a bug.

On XP, I still don't see any problem with sandboxed Chrome, SB 3.66, at YouTube
- small player - large player - full screen - drag the progress indicator forward and backward - switch between videos ? |

I installed Google Chrome 17.0.963.83 into a sandbox and browsed some videos on YouTube.
That was on 64-bit Windows 7, but I don't see the error so far. I tried changing resolutions and opening multiple tabs, but no lock up. Any ideas? Perhaps you should have the Resource Access Monitor open in the background while you're browsing in Chrome, then post your log here once Chrome hangs up? |

A factor that could influence the reporduction of the problem is a non identical setup of the browser. What other extensions do you have installed? Are there any toolbars or widgets that interact with Chrome in any way?
While you may get temporary relief from downgrading, think about how this affects you in the future when substantial features are added and the same problem could still be there. I on my end see no issues with Chrome and Sandboxie as of now. Try this version and see if it makes a difference: http://www.sandboxie.com/SandboxieInstall64-367-01a.exe |

Thank you for the resource log. It includes these resources:
Do you have any idea which program owns these resources? Perhaps TSSOM or tppka give any hints? Also, do you have any special Sandbox Settings that could have any effect here? And I second D1G1T@L question, if you have any special addons/plugins/extras in the browser which you think are worth noting. |

Sorry I have no idea about tppka, but TSSOM I believe it's from an IM (QQ).
I would have try disable extensions, but I'm unable to reproduce the problem after install the version D1G1T@L posted. And no, I do not have F-Secure Internet Security. I do notice another problem with some websites (including my own) that would cause tab hang. I will create a new topic after try disable plugins/extensions. |
