When running sandboxed, the Roboform toolbar is not available.

Windows 7 64b ultimate - Sandboxie 3.60 - IE8.

a. IE8: "Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced" -option "Enable 3rd party browser extensions" is tagged
b. IE8: "Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage AddOns" - Roboform has been switched on (*)
c. in Sandboxie: Settings/Resource-Access-File Access-Direct Access flwg is listed
[%Tmpl.RoboForm%]
[%Tmpl.RoboForm%\*]

I added: F:\Roboform\robotaskbaricon.exe there

Makes no difference.

(note1: once I close IE8 and relaunch it, taskbar is switched off again, note 2: once I tagged the toolbar again
IE: "View -> Toolbar -> RoboForm" and I open a new tab, startpage Google, then the toolbar has gone again, i.e.
I shd enable the toolbar for each session)

-
Running IE outside the sandbox: no problems with Roboform.

Any suggestions?

TIA
=

Addl note
Firefox - not default browser, when launched sandboxed, it shows the Roboform taskbar alright...

=

Again later..

Further to the above:
I uninstalled IE8 (reboot, etc)
Installed IE9
Installed Roboform again
Installed Sandboxie 3.62 (upgrade)

No change:
Roboform toolbar will not show up when IE is running sandboxed
Roboform toolbar will show up, when IE9 is launched outside Sandboxie
(Firefox v.9.0.1 = no problem - but I prefer IE)

oh, btw, IE9 sandboxed does not show [#]-marks at the top,like with IE8, it shows
the yellow window borders though.

Open Sandboxie Control, Configure menu, Software Compatibility. Is the RoboForm compatibility setting in effect?
If not, open Sandbox Settings > Applications > Security/Privacy > check the RoboForm setting.
Does that make a difference?

** Yes it is.

Sandbox Settings > Applications > Security/Privacy > check the RoboForm setting.

** it is marked with [-] same as my Internet Security
FWIW -viewed code, it says
//
[Template_RoboForm]
Tmpl.Title=RoboForm
Tmpl.Class=Security
Tmpl.Url=http://www.roboform.com/
Tmpl.Scan=i
OpenFilePath=%Tmpl.RoboForm%
OpenFilePath=%Tmpl.RoboForm%\*
OpenIpcPath=*\BaseNamedObjects*\{45DB34C3-955C-11D3-ABEF-444553540000}*
OpenWinClass=RfWatcher333233
//

Thanks

Just to advise that it seems that with v.7.6.9 of Roboform the matter is solved.

Problem is back again...

Sandboxie v.3.64 64bit (problem got back after Sandboxie update, 3.62->3.64)
Roboform v.7.7.2
IE9

a) IE9 within Sandboxie with Robofom v772: no toolbar/Roboform won't work properly
(enable toolbar is just for 1 session, after closing IE and relaunching it, toolbar is gone)

b) IE9 outside Sandboxie: Roboform toolbar is available - works fine
c) FF v9.01 within Sandboxie: Roboform toolbar is available

Sandboxie Control, Configure menu, Software Compatibility: RoboForm compatibility setting is in effect.

Delete sandboxie contents did the trick.

I have a Win7 64 bit desktop.I just updated to Sandboxie 3.70 64 bit. The Roboform "fill" option in the right click drop down menu in Firefox has vanished.If I run Firefox unsandboxed,Roboform is in the drop down menu,and it works normally. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Question

No,sorry. I apply updates to SB whenever one becomes available,so whatever the previous version was is the one I updated from. Update: I just reverted back to SB ver. 3.68 (64 bit),and updated to FF 13,but the problem is still there: Roboform works when FF is not sandboxed,but does not work when FF is sandboxed.

Can you try to create a new sandbox with default settings to see if that makes any difference for RoboForm?

I had the same problem with two new sandboxes I created,one with settings set to "(none)",and the other to "default". The drop down menu is still missing the Roboform "fill forms" and "save forms" options. Just to confirm,I also ran Firefox unsandboxed again as well,and the Roboform "fill forms" and "save forms" options are in the drop down menu.

Do you mean that when you right-click on an input field, like the search input box in the Google page, you don't see the Fill Form command in the pop-up menu? In my case that option did appear.

Do you see other elements of RoboForm, the toolbar at the top of the page?
I'm asking because after installing RoboForm, it was in a disabled state in the Firefox addons menu.
Can you check that you have it enabled?

Well,as I said previously,Roboform works normally when I open Firefox unsandboxed,but the right click Roboform menu options are missing when I run Firefox sandboxed,so this tells me Roboform seems to be installed and working properly.I did check the Roboform add-on,and it is enabled.I prefer to use the right click dropdown menu for filling forms.I am attaching screen grabs to show what I see in these right click menus when running sandboxed and unsandboxed: http://img545.imageshack.us/img545/2908/sandboxed.jpg
http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/8660/unsandboxed.jpg
I don't know if it is relevant,but when sandboxed,I can't create a Roboform toolbar by using view>toolbars>customize.When I try to create a Roboform toolbar in a sandboxed browser,it never appears at the top of the screen,but it does appear if I do the same thing in an unsandboxed browser.
Update,Saturday,June 16: Not sure if this helps solve the problem,but while running Firefox sandboxed, I have been opening the Roboform control panel to access passwords,and copying and pasting them in password fields.Today,I tried using the Roboform "go fill" option,and I got the attached message: http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/9726/robooy.jpg

If you can't get the RoboForm toolbar to view, then it means your RoboForm addon has probably failed to load inside the sandboxed Firefox.
Sandboxie has a compatibility option for RoboForm in Sandboxie Control > Configure menu > Software Compatibility. Please check that it is enabled.

Yes,the compatibility option is enabled,but Roboform still doesn't work. BTW,I have Roboform set to run with IE as well,and it runs normally in the sandboxed IE browser,if that helps.
