As my title Sandboxie gives me that error and can't load that .dll!
It makes impossible to run a program that use the NETAPI32.dll

There is a solution?

I use Sandboxie 3.52 free version, Windows 7 SP1 32bit.
The software involved in this problem is the game called Homefront and i haven't a download link because it is a game purchased in store.

You can try the latest version 3.53.

And you should try in a sandbox that has default settings; probably best to create a new sandbox, which will have default settings.

Same problem as OP on XP SP3 32-bit. With SandboxIE 3.53.09 default settings

SBIE2334 Cannot load DLL file: NETAPI32NETAPI32.dll
SBIE2304 Initialization failed for process HOMEFRONT.exe

I'm sorry to hear this problem is still there in recent 3.53 versions.
I will check if I can download a demo for the game and see if I can reproduce the problem with the demo.
But I'm afraid it will probably take a few weeks before I can look into this.

Unfortunately I couldn't find a demo version of this game, in fact I don't think there is one. Hopefully the NETAPI32 problem will surface again in some context where I can reproduce it.
