Each time I run the sandboxie browser (Iron web browser) keeps requesting to download shell32.dll I click the discard button and it works fine.
when I run the iron browser outside sandboxie it works fine.
I am using SRWare Iron Web Browser 20.0.1150.1 (Developer Build 150001 Windows)
Sandboxie 3.72 (32 bit version)
Windows 7 32bit version

The web site offers version 20.0.1150.0 which doesn't exhibit the problem you describe, at least for me. Where can I get the dev version you're using?

That is correct, tzuk, i am using srware iron 20.0.1150.1 portable version and have the same configuration as OP and did not see any problem.
The site is not updated but i believe the link you download from will give you the 20.0.1150.1 version.
