I have Roboform 7.7.8.8 as well. I created a new sandbox with default settings, but Roboform still does not work. |

| I had a similar ocassional problem in FF. |

After installing the new Flash plugin, which seemed to cause the plugin container to stop working occasionally and Roboform not always to load , in FF 13.0, I contacted Roboform. There advice was to uninstall the plugin and then run the Roboform uninstaller, restart, clean with CCleaner, and reinstall. I did that but the intermittent problem did not go away. Roboform's next suggestion was to backup my profile, delete FF, and than manually remove certain folders, and reinstall. Obviously, I didn't like that idea. Instead, I downloaded and installed FF 13.01 as suggested in another thread. Still, the problem was not resolved. I then switched to the default theme and voila! Problem solved and I have the added bonus of FF loading faster. Everything is now working normally on my W7 32bit system with FF 13.01, the default them, the new flash player with protected mode turned ON, and the latest version of Sandboxie .01, not 02. |

Using default theme doesn't make a difference.

I have had the occasional problem with Roboform over the years. Sometimes the problem has been when different users, i.e., admin users and limited users, use different settings particularly if one of the users has checked "attach Roboform even if the FF plugin is not present." That seems to goof up things and it's hard to get it back to working order.
My suggestion, use default settings for Roboform for all users and restart. See if that fixes things. If not, remove the Roboform plugin from FF and uninstall and reinstall with default settings and, if you haven't upgraded to FF 13.01, you should do that too. And, yes, Guest10 hit it on the head re FF default theme |

I'm not a Roboform user but I did try it on XP, just to see what things look like.
On XP, the .dll file for Roboform is in a program files folder. Question: If you run Windows Explorer sandboxed, using the same sandbox that Firefox uses, can you view the contents of the program files folder for Roboform? ...\Siber Systems\AI RoboForm\Firefox "rf-firefox.dll" is the .dll file that Firefox uses as far as I can tell, so I just wonder if there is any problem for a sandboxed program to access this folder. |

Let's try it this way. Maybe the .dll file is in a different location on Win 7
In Firefox Tools > Add-ons > Extensions > Roboform Toolbar for Firefox 7.7.8.8 Options > Settings Browser Integration On the right side, the Mozilla Firefox "Extension's folder:" should be listed. On XP it's in a Program Files folder. On Win 7, can you access that folder with a sandboxed Windows Explorer, using the sandbox that you use for Firefox? |

The implication being that: if Sandboxed Windows Explorer can access the files there, then sandboxed Firefox should also be able to do so. My reasoning is that the .dll file in that Roboform folder is probably what adds the missing right-click menu items, in Firefox. If the contents of that folder are not accessible to a sandboxed program, then it makes sense that sandboxed Firefox will not have the missing right-click items. |
