For me, the sandbox install completes, but:
all I get is the splash screen when I try to run it. Nothing happens after this:
VirtualBox - Guest: XP SP3; all Windows updates; Administrator account; SB 3.69.04 TestBox: default sandbox settings After using "Run From Start Menu": snipped. --tzuk ---- Allowing OpenWinClass=dbs does not help. Adding wild card settings for everything else didn't get it past the splash screen. |

My Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate that has showed for the first time the problem has all Windows Updates, including IE9 and all .NET Framework versions.

I noticed that I downloaded and use WebEasyPro_8_ENU_Trial.exe,
and some of Max100's logs show "webeasypro_8_trial_ita.exe" so maybe we're running different programs? |

Sorry guys, I reported an incorrect URL before. I thought it was the same installer. I've updated it now in the first post. Thank you for your patience. |

The Italian version does crash for me during installer start-up. So I have something to look into now. I'll post another update later on.

The GUI of the Italian installer is certainly different from the GUI of the English installer. And the problem seems to be in the GUI library, so it makes sense. The crash is caused in an internal DLL called NewUI.dll. This DLL gets confused by some of the hooks that Sandboxie does. And because the program name is generic -- setup.exe -- I'm not even sure if I can detect this condition and work around it.
You will have to work around it manually: Open Sandbox Settings > Resource Access > Window Access Click Add and paste: # (a single hash character) Perhaps you can remove this setting after the installation is finished. |

Your workaround is ok here. After the installation I can remove it without problems. Thank you. |
