however IE8.0 32bit was executed by other sandboxed programs or by user. There is no such problem with sandboxed IE8.0 64bit.

It makes more than 20% usage by sandboxed IE8.0 32bit every time since old version of SBie (maybe 3.54). It is still there with the latest beta version.

Does this happen on some web sites but not others, or is this a general problem with all web sites?

Do you have any addons in IE that might play a part in this problem? Try to run your 32-bit IE with all addons disabled.

It is a general problem with all web sites, smart guy.

I tried to disable all addons. Yes, you're right. Everything goes fine. And then I checked all addons to find out which one is the bad guy. Now I know that it is RoboForm addon.

In my win7sp1 64bit, there is always the problem like before, http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=10019&highlight=roboform.

Just now, I updated the version to the newest, v7.4.2 Desktop. The problem is still there, including high CPU usage.

Absolutely, I have turned on the Roboform Compatibility in GlobalSettings of SBie, v3.57.07 64bit.

I use the default Roboform data folder.

Just wanted to chime in and say that a little while ago I was testing Roboform (v7.4.1 and v7.4.2) sandboxed and I noticed that when installed (and ran) sandboxed, Roboform slowed my PC to a crawl, often not even responding cause it was frozen. I knew it was Roboform dragging down my PC because it only happened when Roboform was running, once I terminated Roboform in the sandbox (which was hard to do because the context menu was delayed) the PC would return to normal. However, I wasn't sure if it was Roboform itself causing it, or if it was only when running Roboform sandboxed that caused it, because I only installed/ran Roboform sandboxed, never tested it unsandboxed.

I didn't report it though because I don't care about Roboform anymore, Sticky Password is my main password manager now and has been for the last year or so, so this issue didn't really bother me.
However, seeing darkwolf_99's post confirms what I was experiencing a while ago and had forgotten all about until I saw his post. Razz
Though it seemed more severe in my case. He reported it only took around 20+% of CPU usage, but for me it felt like it had to have been 90+%.

Probably won't be looking into this before I release version 3.58. Still, can I get a specific download link for the specific version of Roboform that I should install? Thanks.

Well I tried v7.4.2 and as of right now, thats still the latest version of Roboform.

Grab it quick though, it might be updated to 7.4.3 soon which might produce different results. Razz
