[3.57.06] New Files and Folders View (and Quick Recovery)

Version 3.57.06 replaces the Files and Folders View with a new list that looks more or less the same but should offer some improved usability.

Major changes are:

- One sandbox displayed at a time, with a button to switch between sandboxes. The reason is that if you expanded more than one sandbox hierarchy in the older model, the list becomes too large and unmanageable.

- More spaces between lines for easier readability.

- Icons are displayed for files in the sandbox.

- Can select more than one file/folder at a time for recovery.

Quick Recovery windows (including the one in the Delete Contents of Sandbox window) use the Files and Folders View internally, so all the changes above apply to Quick Recovery as well.

* * *

Although initially I planned to put more usability changes into version 3.57, I also need to balance that with releasing a new version. So this is the last usability change in version 3.57, with more usability changes going into later versions. I will spend some time now to address some problem reports, then release the official version.

Thanks henryg Very Happy
I wanted to do some of that stuff for a long time but had to keep putting it off. I'm glad I finally got around to it, and I'm glad you like it.

Something I just now noticed, is that in explorer, C:\Sandbox (and all subfolders) now have a small sandboxie icon with a little - sign next to it. Previously, the icons were just blank yellow sandboxie icons without the red dots or - sign.
Never noticed it til just today so I don't know how long it's been there, but I think it was added in this new beta version, am I correct? Razz

Sandbox folders have their icon as the 9th icon from Sandboxie Control. I guess with the recent addition of various icons into Sandboxie Control, icons were moved around and the 9th icon is no longer the solid yellow shield/sandbox icon. Thanks for pointing that out SnD, I will fix it.

FYI, the small sandboxie icon with a little - sign next to it is gone with update to v3.57.07.
It took a reboot for it to disappear.

And here, but I sort of miss it. Perhaps we 'need' the red dots in the icon Cool
