I don't see anything in these logs that points to the cause of the problem but I will check if I can reproduce the problem first hand.

After some more testing, I see that the interaction of executing a sandboxed IE9 and the Windows Font Cache Service is the source of the hangs for me:

1. If I set the Windows Font Cache Service to disabled/not-running, no hang.

2. If I set the Windows Font Cache Service to automatic/not-running, no hang.

3. If I set the Windows Font Cache Service to automatic/running, no hang.

4. If I set the Windows Font Cache Service to manual/running, no hang.

5. If I set the Windows Font Cache Service to manual/not-running, IE9 hangs every time for about one minute.

Verified on two 7 SP1 32-bit machines (one clean) + SBIE 3.53.07.

Good job although I'm afraid I can't reproduce the same behavior. Although I only tested on Windows 7 with no service pack. But if you think the Windows Font Cache Service is involved, perhaps you should try adding an IPC exclusion?
Please try to add *\BaseNamedObjects*\FontCachePort
And you will also need to add *\BaseNamedObjects*\FntCache-*

I went ahead and rolled back to the day before SP1. I installed IE9: no hang. I next installed SP1: no hang. I then installed all available MS patches individually: no hangs until I installed KB2505438...

Uninstalling KB2505438 cures the hang.

it seems that this win security update causes the error of the ie9 hangs in my computer.I tried to download the sbie dll,but there's a 404 error.

ah!the newest sbie version solved the problem.I think it contains that dll.
