since using Sandboxie I have turned off the resident shield portion of my AVG2011 antivirus software. No need to have it scanning stuff thats in the sandbox. Since i have my browser forced to run sandboxed the only stuff left on my HDD is the stuff I want there and this stuff I simply do a quick manual scan...no big deal and eases things up a bit for the computer...nice side affect for being safe....only app I know of that actually can help speeds things up instead of slowing things down...right?
