No, putting it like that, that is not true. What is true is this: One person so far has determined that the Proxomitron proxy, configured in a specific way, is causing problems. I'll be looking into this.

Thanks for your reply because I've upgraded without no problems last night.

Thats not to say that the new system is totally flawless though, as there could be some problems from time to time. For example, what if you always use a VPN or TOR? Everytime Sandboxie would connect to the internet to verify your license, it would always show up under a different IP address, thus after 5-6 times of doing this, tzuk might see a particular file has been activated half a dozen times under different IPs each time and blacklist the key thinking it is pirated. Oops.
Or of course, at some point it may contain a bug that prevents the license from being verified locally/remotely therefore reverting back to the free version (or if its already free, then simply refusing to unlock).
Maybe the server is down just as the program goes to connect?
Either way though, as of right now, it is just fine. All I had to do, is install v3.48 and my license was updated to the new one inside the program and Sandboxie remained unlocked, just as every single previous version on my computer has.

However, I'm worried about this part with regards to the new registration tied to a IP address, instead of under my name like in the old system. I do not have a static IP address due to the proxy server which is configured at the ISP's side. The problem is that my IP changes everytime my router is restarted and that IP issued may be shared by thousands of users under the same proxy system. Is it possible to know how much of a leeway are you willing to give the benefit of the doubt to proxy users and how strict is the authentic server going to be on differing Ip addresses ie. does the IP checker differentiate between static ip and dynamic ip and ask for more information when a dynamic ip is detected?
