I have the latest version running on Vista. registered..

1 Cant get Roboform toolbar to show up.

2 Youtube tells me I need the latest flash player installed. Any other film site shows the empty box with an x in the corner.

What simple fixes am I missing?

Is this the 64-bit edition? Earlier versions of that edition would not "see" the Flash installed. So if that is indeed it, then (a) you should mention that, it's a big detail and (b) upgrade to version 3.43.15.

I have the latest version you mentioned and its the 64 bit.
No vids. Says I have to install flash..

'Latest version' isn't good enough. Provide a version number.

Which browser are you using?

If this is Internet Explorer, then Perhaps under Sandboxie, you are invoking the 64-bit IE, where 32-bit plugins like Flash and RoboForm might not be supported. In that case make sure to run the 32-bit IE under Sandboxie.

Latest version means the ones currently available on this site. Maybe it means something different to you..........

New versions are released all the time, and not everyone knows where the beta forum is. It's much more helpful to be clear and provide the actual numbered version.

I checked on Windows 7 and Maxthon version 2.5.11.3390 UNICODE, and Youtube videos play fine. Perhaps this is a Vista-specific problem, but I also wanted to take the opportunity to ask about the version of Maxthon. Is this the same version you use?

When out of SandB I have Roboform.
When in SandB I do not..
Out of SandB the browser shows the RoboForm IE extension plugin in Setup Center.
In the SandB no plugin shows up............

As it turned out, this really was a problem specific to Vista 64-bit. I hope you will find that version 3.43.17 fixes the problem.

Ok maybe I dont know what Im doing.. It also doesnt save favorites... I thought by clicking the correct boxes in settings that it would. But its a no go. Do I need a special command ??

I can't reproduce any problem with RoboForm. Works fine in IE inside and outside the sandbox.

With Maxthon, the RoboForm toolbar does not appear, unless I open the Maxthon Setup Center / Plugins page / IE add-ons tab. And the toolbar disappears if I close the Setup Center. But this strange behavior is the same whether inside or outside the sandbox.

silat, this means you're going to explain your problem with RoboForm in more detail, including exact steps how I can try to reproduce the problem.

Well I fell asleep without turning off the computer last night.
This morn I opened maxthon in the sandb and I see roboform is now there.
I cant explain it.

So I guess this prob is solved..


What about the favorites not being saved?
I want to be able to keep urls that I save to faves while in the sandb..
If they cant be saved what do I do.......

I don't see any problem with IE favorites. I add the favorite, and Quick Recovery pops up. So it seems to work fine.
