In SBIE CTRL right click on it -> Sandbox settings -> Program start -> Forced programs -> select "ftp.exe" in the list and press [Remove], close the dialog with [OK].
Reopen the dialog in the same way ... why are all programs removed now that had "ftp" in their name??!

I see that also. Click on the 'ftp.exe' item, click Remove and then click on Apply, and you will see all of the items with 'ftp' in them cleared from the window.
