I can't find this error listed in the error section.

I have Windows Vista Premium Home.

Sanboxie 3.30

My email client is Windows Live Mail (wlmail.exe).

When I open the mail client sandboxed I get error SBIE 2105 and the word BITS. Then, I can click on a link to come to this website. But no explanation is offered.

On the website, there is a questionmark next to SBIE 2105. When I click on that questionmark it asks for a username and password to log onto the wiki. It will not let me do so.

Any clue as to what may be happening?

Sorry the message is not described, but it isn't an error. It's just an informational message. If you don't like it, then next time you see it, make sure it is highlighted, and click the Hide button on the "Messages from Sandboxie" window.

That did the trick. After I hit the "hide" button, the mail client functioned as it should.

I spoke too fast. I got the email client to send one email sandboxed and have not been able to duplicate that result. I restarted the PC and still can't duplicate that result.

I am able to open windows live mail in the sandbox. But it gets hung up when I try to send an email every time.

Can you duplicate this?

I did not try to reproduce this yet. Can you try with Sandboxie version 3.32 first?

I am unable to run Windows Live mail sandboxed and send emails. I can open the mail client in the sandbox, but then when I go to email someone, the program freezes every time.

EDIT: I am able to open Windows Mail in the sandbox and send emails with Windows mail, but not able to send emails with Windows Live Mail, which is my email client of choice.

By the way, if previous versions of Sandboxie work flawlessly with Windows Live Mail, I don't mind installing an older version.

I am just curious if anyone else is experiencing this.

Nonetheless, I have confidence in you Tzuk that if you can duplicate the problem that you will solve it!

My problem is a nuissance, but it is not mission critical. I will simply use my resident AV and Spyware to protect me from nasties through email for now.

I am curious to know if you have a timeline as to when I can expect to hear back. Would it be safe to check back in say two weeks? One month?

Again, no rush. Just looking for a ballpark date to chaek back rather than coming to this site daily.

PS...I posted something about this 3 weeks ago, bumped it as Tzuk suggested, but got no response. Decided to open a new post. Tzuk...Have you had a chance to look at this yet?

I'm sorry this issue has been dragged for several weeks now. I wanted to get to it but other stuff kept side-tracking me. I will really make an effort to get to this problem in the next few days.

I tried to reproduce the problem but couldn't. I was trying with Sandboxie 3.33.09 on XP SP 2, but not yet on Vista yet. Next I'll try Vista.

In any case, you might want to try version 3.33.09,
