It popup 2 warning windows :

SBIE2212 Email reader 'thunderbird.exe' is not configured to run sandboxed

&

could not invoke program:
"c:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe"
System Error code:
access is denied (5)

I'm not sure if this is a sandbox issue.

I solved the issue. It require an option in the setting.
