Hi Guest10 That is really amazing I was able to delete it That was technical stuff I will have to spend more time with this program i think there are many good things I can learn from sandbox Thanks

The procedure uses the program C:\Windows\System32\Calcs.exe, which you should already have - assuming your hard drive uses NTFS formatting. What dynarx listed, should have worked for you - if the procedure is going to work at all. Were there any error messages along the way? You should be able to select and copy to the Clipboard, the 3 lines inside of the Code box, below. Then paste them into a new Notepad window, and save it to your Desktop as SandboxUtil.cmd [code:1:57e0ee9592]c: cd \sandbox cacls *.* /T /G Everyone:F[/code:1:57e0ee9592] Double-click to run it. If Notepad opens, instead of a command routine running in a black window, then the file was saved with a ".txt". extension. In that case, it must be renamed to have a ".cmd" extension, to run. If this doesn't work, to let you delete the zip folder, then I'm at a loss. (P.S. Maybe this little .cmd utility, or something more substantial that is based on it, could be hosted here for downloading.)

Hi dynarx Thanks for trying to help me I tried what you said 2 times and it didn't work I must be doing something wrong. Anyway I will try again later and will let you know Thanks

I have windows xp and i dont know where the Cacls utility is If I have my sandbox folder here C:\Sandbox

Hi Guest10 I did a bit of research on that and I could not get anywhere with that Maybe sandbox has a page pn dealing with this kind of an issue Maybe there is a program to delte files like this

I wouldn't have thought that storing something in the C:\Sandbox folder would have caused a problem. Usually, it's one of the sub-folders that causes a problem. You can use Windows 'cacls' utility, to see if it solves your problem. It's described in this message thread: http://sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=5737

I placed a zip folder in there C:\Sandbox Now I cant delete it This is the nameof the folder mp3player-Demo1 If it stays there its not a big deal but I would like to delete it Thanks
