However the program I use to pass keys to each client obviously can't connect if the clients are each in their own sandbox :( Oh well, thanks for your help anyway. Sandboxes aren't completely virtualized environments as virtual computers are. Any program that runs in Sandboxie shares (or can listen on ports of) the same local addresses as programs running outside Sandboxie.
